Welcome to the first step in your fitness journey. Sometimes that first step is hard. But starting is half the battle, and while the rest of the journey might not be any easier, once you see your progress, it will become addicting.
Attached is a New Client Packet with some information and forms for you to fill out. These forms are important for me to understand your past and current health history so I can put together a program that will be safe and effective for you. Please fill out the forms and return back to me. Keep copies for yourself so you can track your progress.
I've also attached a Physical Assessment form. Before the time of social distancing, which now feels like ages ago, I would normally conduct these assessments in person. Fortunately we can conduct these either via video conferencing or you can send me photos and videos in your own time. The cardio assessment will be harder to do via video so that you can take on your own and report back.
